As a BODi partner, I help busy moms find more balance, energy, and joy in life! Every day I get to help women get back into a good fitness and nutrition routine – no matter how crazy their schedule may be. I help women push past excuses and struggles to feel good while being the best version of themselves. With at-home workouts, nutrition, supplements, accountability groups, meetings, and mindset work, I empower moms to push through challenges. I’m here to help you do just that!
A Little Background on Me
My name is Renee. I'm a Registered Dietitian and work in the ICU, but in 2023 I came across an exciting opportunity to become a BODi partner! I’m incredibly passionate about health and fitness and could not pass up the chance to pursue this as I balance life with my husband Jon, toddlers Jordan and Caroline, and my career.
Through my services, programs, coaching, and products, my mission is to show women it is possible to make their health and self-care a priority, even during the most hectic seasons of life with kids, family, work, and more. I’m living proof of that! I want to help you be the best, healthiest version of yourself.
What a BODi Partner Does
As a BODi partner, I serve as a motivational coach and accountability partner to help clients reach their health and fitness goals. This is done by providing personalized workout and nutrition plans, hosting online accountability groups, checking in one-on-one with clients regularly, recommending helpful supplements, and encouraging personal development and mindset work.
My role is to push clients to stay consistent, overcome obstacles and excuses, and stick to their plans, all while ensuring the approach is customized specifically to their unique needs and situations. I draw upon my education and credentials in nutrition, fitness, and health to offer knowledgeable support.
Most importantly, I walk the walk myself as a busy mom, so I have true empathy and experience regarding the struggle of balancing wellness amid the craziness of everyday life.
I promote what I do on social media with posts and daily life in my stories, but also in real life with friends/family.
How to Become a BODi Partner
The first step to becoming a BODi partner is connecting with me, Renee, to discuss your health/fitness goals and background. I will help assess if the BODi partnering opportunity is a good fit for you, introduce you to the team, and help get you started on the right track with training if you want to go forward with it.
Additionally, you need an active BODi membership to access their library of streaming workouts and nutrition plans. This allows you to personally test programs and ensure they align with your needs before helping others. You don’t have to promote everything though, you get to choose what you promote and sell! Most partners get started with one of the total solution packs!
The social media aspect of being a BODi partner you learn as you go! At least, that was the case for me. I had barely posted on social media before I started. With this business, it’s something you improve on with time. The more you do it, the better you become at it!
It's a rewarding yet demanding endeavor as an entrepreneurial health coach and accountability partner. But with dedication and effort, BODi partners can build fulfilling businesses and help change people's lives. And in the meantime, you will change your own life!

Private Facebook Accountability Groups
I host private accountability groups on the BODi app to provide an intimate space to share journeys, ask questions, gain motivation, celebrate wins, and more. This builds a crucial community aspect that will help you stick with it when the craziness of life is trying to give you an excuse to quit!
1:1 Coaching Calls & Check-Ins
If you decide to become a BODi partner on my team, through scheduled Zoom coaching calls, we help you set goals, craft plans, modify workouts, overcome obstacles, and more!

What does the initial onboarding process look like if I enroll as a BODi partner under you?
We will schedule a Zoom call or meeting in person so I can better understand your goals, needs, and situation better. I will introduce you to the entire team and help get you started with all the necessary training to set you up for success. I will give you a few tasks to complete for the week, diving right into achieving those goals together, and you will start sharing your journey on social media as you feel comfortable.
What kind of weekly time commitment can I expect?
You’ll be happy to know that you can work as much or as little as you want on my team. You choose your hours, that’s the beauty of it! You get to decide how much time and energy you invest in your business. We don’t have all the time in the world, especially as moms. I work part-time as a hospital Registered Dietitian and am a stay at home mom to 2 young kids when I’m not working, so this gig for me is completely on the side. I mainly work the business in the AM before my kids wake up and during the kids’ naps.
The flexibility is perfect being able to pursue a passion and still be home with your kids.
Do I need any special home gym equipment to complete the programs?
Nope, you need minimal equipment! Most workouts leverage your own body weight and some basic items like resistance bands and weights. Most of the workout programs provide modifications for every exercise within the program if injuries or limitations exist!
