  • When you join my wellness community, you gain a support system of like-minded women who will be there to hold you accountable to your workouts, and inspire you daily to keep up with your healthy habits! I know that life just gets crazy sometimes, especially as a mom, and community is often the missing piece that will help get you back on track quickly!

    When you join, you get instant access to all the workouts, meal plans/recipes, and my monthly accountability groups via an app on your phone. In the group you can introduce yourself, log your workouts, supplements, meals, take progress pics, ask questions, share successes/challenges, and encourage others. It’s super fun!   • Food is fuel, and you need to make sure you are fueling your body well in order for it to run properly! BODi provides partners and clients with 2 meal plan options to accommodate different health goals and lifestyles.

    Option 1: 2B Mindset — This is an intuitive eating approach to what you should be eating, and it was created by a Registered Dietitian. No foods are off limits, no counting calories, and no measuring. It is focused on how you feel and how your body responds to what you ate to help you stay on track.

    Options 2: Portion Fix — This approach is more structured. You use color-coded containers that represent each food group and help you stick to the portions you need for each food group such as protein, fruits, veggies and grains.

    For both plans you will have accesss to recipes, grocery lists, and educational videos to simplify healthy eating!

  • BODi provides access to a vast library of diverse workout programs to meet different fitness levels and goals. Low-impact options like Barre Blend and the Mind+Body block feature moves adapted for beginners, injuries, or limitations. Cardio-centered choices like Insanity amp up heart rates for increased calorie burn. And resistance training programs like LIIFT More and Dig Deeper build lean muscle. Many programs combine cardio and strength training for well-rounded fitness.

    Workouts range from 20-60 minutes to accommodate busy schedules. They require little to no equipment, using body weight, resistance bands, and light weights. Programs come complete with calendars showing each day’s routine for easy following. You can push play whenever you want during the day, and if you skip a day no sweat! Get back to it the next day. Through the BODi application, you can stream workouts anytime, anywhere via phone, tablet, computer, or smart TV. I am here to help you select a program to suit your goals, whether it be developing foundational fitness, losing weight, getting stronger, training for races or other events, or simply boosting motivation & energy for the day. With fitness and intensities for everyone + community, you are sure to stay engaged while pursuing the results you desire.
